Background

Rajiv Kandukuri was born in Hyderabad, India. He obtained a BS in Mechanical Engineering and later acquired a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from ISU, Iowa. Rajiv believes that “Learning is not attained by chance, it must be sought for with ardor and attended to with diligence - Abigail Adams.”

Career

Rajiv worked at Global Software Solutions Corporation as a Business Development Manager. Later, he joined Indotronix International Corporation where he performed a variety of searches for fortune 100 firms. Rajiv has a strong background in full life cycle recruitment. He is an expert in Search String and Boolean Logic Strategies.  He has experience in recruiting both T&M and SOW type contracts. He is currently working as a Resource Delivery Manager at Indotronix.
